3. Pricing & Stock Management

  Sellers are responsible for updating prices and inventory regularly.

  Overpricing, fake discounts, or price manipulation is not allowed.

  Out-of-stock items must be updated immediately.

4. Order Fulfillment

  Orders must be packed safely and dispatched within the committed time.
• 
  Late shipping, cancellation due to stock issues, or refusal to fulfill orders may result in penalties.

  Sellers must follow Apna Karoobar’s packaging and labeling guidelines.

5. Quality & Authenticity

  Only original, genuine, and legally allowed products can be sold.

  Counterfeit, expired, damaged, or prohibited items are not allowed.

  Apna Karoobar may conduct random quality checks.

6. Seller Conduct

  Abusive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior toward customers or support staff is prohibited.

7. Payments & Fees

  Seller payouts will follow Apna Karoobar’s payment schedule.
• 
  Commission and service fees apply depending on product category.
• 
  Any disputes must be raised through the Seller Support Portal.

8. Policy Violations

Violations may result in:

  Warnings
• 
  Temporary suspension
• 
  Permanent ban
• 
  Payment hold for investigations
