1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing


  • Orders must be shipped within the timeframe specified on the seller panel.

  • Sellers must use approved courier partners unless otherwise agreed.

  • A tracking number must be updated for every shipment.

Packaging Standards


  • Secure, protective packaging is mandatory.

  • Fragile items must include proper padding and labeling.

  • Damaged shipments due to poor packaging will be the seller’s responsibility.

Delivery Timeline


  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on city/province).

  • Delays caused by sellers may lead to order cancellation or penalties.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request returns for:


  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Fake/duplicate item

  • Item not as described

Return Window


  • 7 days return window from the date of delivery (unless specified otherwise).

Return Process


  • Customer requests return → Apna Karoobar reviews → Seller approval (in some cases).

  • Once approved, courier picks up the item from the customer.

  • Seller must inspect the returned item within 48 hours of receiving it.

Refunds


  • Approved refunds will be issued to the customer via their chosen payment method.

  • If a seller rejects a valid return, Apna Karoobar may intervene and process the refund on the seller’s behalf.

  • Perishables

  • Custom-made items

  • Health & hygiene products

  • Digital goods
