1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders must be shipped within the timeframe specified on the seller panel.
- Sellers must use approved courier partners unless otherwise agreed.
- A tracking number must be updated for every shipment.
Packaging Standards
- Secure, protective packaging is mandatory.
- Fragile items must include proper padding and labeling.
- Damaged shipments due to poor packaging will be the seller’s responsibility.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on city/province).
- Delays caused by sellers may lead to order cancellation or penalties.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Customers may request returns for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Fake/duplicate item
- Item not as described
Return Window
- 7 days return window from the date of delivery (unless specified otherwise).
Return Process
- Customer requests return → Apna Karoobar reviews → Seller approval (in some cases).
- Once approved, courier picks up the item from the customer.
- Seller must inspect the returned item within 48 hours of receiving it.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the customer via their chosen payment method.
- If a seller rejects a valid return, Apna Karoobar may intervene and process the refund on the seller’s behalf.

- Custom-made items
- Health & hygiene products
- Digital goods
